This presentation highlights the mission, services, and impact of REACH Niagara, which is dedicated to delivering compassionate, accessible healthcare to individuals experiencing homelessness and women who experience unique challenges due to gender inequities. We will explore the unique challenges these populations face in accessing medical care, showcase our holistic approach—including medical, mental health, and outreach services—and share stories that reflect the transformative power of equitable healthcare.
