Chris Carter has been a member of the Niagara Regional Police Service for 22 years, including 5 years in the Computer Cybercrimes Unit. Chris has presented to numerous community groups over the past two years on cyber safety topics. Chris has a daughter who recently graduated from high school, and in his spare time has spent the last few years coaching rowing to high school students. Chris strongly believes in community engagement and responding to requests, like these presentations, to reduce the impact of scams on all age groups.
