2021-22 Membership Renewal – Dues Payment
Thank you for renewing your membership with CFUW St Catharines. We look forward to welcoming you back at our next virtual meeting.
The 2021-22 Membership Dues are:
- Regular member – $110
- For Students and for Members who pay dues to another CFUW Club as their primary club, please see the Membership Renewal Form for dues info.
- NOTE – all Newsletters are emailed to members approximately 1 week prior to the monthly meeting
Charitable Fund – Donations to CFUW Charitable Fund will be accepted along with your dues payment. Tax receipts will be issued for contributions of $20 or more.
A late payment fee of $10 will be applied to any dues payment received after the October 12th General Meeting.
Below are instructions for renewing your membership and paying your 2021-22 dues online. If you prefer to pay via cheque, download, complete & follow the mailing instructions on the Membership Renewal Form.

- Online Payment
- You may pay the sum of your dues and any contribution amount online via E-Transfer to email address cfuwstctreas@gmail.com.
- Review the Privacy Consent Information outlined below.
E-transfers are easy & rapidly becoming the preferred method of transferring funds. For e-transfer access, sign into your online bank account. [The following instructions will vary with every bank, but these guidelines will give you the basics].
- Click on the “Transfers” tab.
- Click “Interac e-transfer”. If you have not made an e-transfer before, you will probably be required to setup a profile – the name you want attached to the transfer, your email address &/or your cell number and how you want to be notified.
- Click on send e-transfer,
- Choose the bank account for the withdrawal & enter the amount (Dues + contribution amount). You will need to add a “new recipient” & complete the information including name (use CFUW St Catharines) and email address (use cfuwstctreas@gmail.com).
- Follow the remaining instructions to complete the transaction
- You may pay the sum of your dues and any contribution amount online via E-Transfer to email address cfuwstctreas@gmail.com.

To make any changes to the information listed in the 2020-21 Directory, please download and complete the Membership Renewal Form. Either mail it to the address on the form or scan/take a pic of the form and email it to cfuwstcatharines@gmail.com.
Members may participate in Interest Groups once their membership dues for 2021-22 have been paid in full.
PRIVACY LEGISLATION CONSENT – To ensure our Club’s compliance with various privacy laws, please review the following section:
MEMBER DATABASE & DIRECTORY: Information collected on this form will be used by CFUW St Catharines to create a Member database. Some of the information will be provided in aggregate format to CFUW National. The information will be used to publish a Member Directory in various formats including: a link to a PDF file emailed to members or available for download from the Members Only login section of the CFUW St Catharines website, and spreadsheets for Interest group Convenors and other Club committees for club use only. The information will not be sold, loaned or provided in any way to any non member or other organization. The Directory is only for the use of Club members with respect to their Club activities. It is not to be used for other purposes such as marketing. The Database information is used for various other Club-related materials such as Interest Group lists for member-use only.
PHOTOS & NAMES: CFUW St Catharines publishes a monthly newsletter which is distributed to members and is also posted on the Members Only login section of our website. We may publish various other Club-related materials. In addition, we maintain a website, a Facebook page and an Instagram account all of which include a public-access area. Any of these may include photos of members taken at CFUW meetings or events. These photos may or may not include names.
OPT OUT: If you do not wish to have your name or photo or personal information included in the Member Directory, or have your photo or name included in the newsletter, website, Facebook or Instagram, you can restrict the use of your information by initialing the applicable section of your Membership Renewal Form and mailing it to the address on the form or emailing it to cfuwstcatharines@gmail.com or by emailing cfuwstcprivacy@gmail.com directly. NOTE – Members who pay their dues but do not complete the Privacy Legislation Consent Section of their Membership Renewal Form will be deemed to have agreed to have their information and photo used as indicated above.
